Artwork requiring more labor due to many details and/or numerous colors will be priced accordingly.

Creation of custom orders take on average 6 to 8 weeks once payment is received and processed.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Please provide mailing / contact information for gift certificates. As well as the name of the sender. Shipping/handling charge for gift certificates will cover the cost of mailing the gift certificate to the recipient.

design notes:
Please provide choice of color background for pillow orders. If background color choice is not given - white felt will be used.
Recommend drawings with color. If the child has not used color in the drawing please specify if and how each element / section should be colored.
Pricing reflects one piece of artwork for each pillow. Requests for multiple images subject to incremental costs.
Due to the nature of this work doll sizes are approximately 14" in height.
Doll orders reflect (1) one image being translated. Additional art such as accessories and/or toys for the doll are subject to additional charges.
nOTES:
- Orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks upon receipt of artwork and payment.
- Please attach child's drawing to the order form and indicate Child's 1st name and age when artwork was created.
- Due to the nature of this work some creative liberties may need to be taken. However, the utmost effort will be made to maintain artistic accuracy.
- We suggest sending the original artwork for translation. Artwork will be sent back with the finished product.
- Email images via jpg or pdf are accepted. Please note that we are not responsible for any images that may be distorted via the file transfer.
Please indicate in writing with order if your child’s artwork cannot be reproduced for other merchandise.

Not recommended for children under 3 yrs. of age. If children under 3 have access to this product, please remove all tags, beading, ribbons and small parts to avoid possible choking hazzard.
